Who processes your data

What data we process

When you fill in the enquiry form, we process your email address (required), phone number (optional) and the details of your enquiry: destination, type of boat, number of people, dates, length of stay and an approximate budget.

We do not collect any other data about you and we do not require registration.

Purpose and legal basis

We process the data solely in order to handle your enquiry and prepare a non-binding offer, that is, to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), or on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to your message (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Sending an enquiry is not a reservation or an order.

How long we keep your data

We keep the data for as long as it takes to handle your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case of any follow-up communication. If the enquiry does not lead to a contractual relationship, we delete the data.

Who we share your data with

We do not sell your data and we do not make it available for third-party marketing. We share it only with the service providers who keep the site running for us (web hosting and delivery of the enquiry), acting as processors under a contract and only to the extent necessary.

We will name the specific providers once the technical solution is in place.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it rectified or erased, to restrict its processing, to data portability, as well as the right to object to processing and to withdraw any consent at any time.

If you believe that we process your data in breach of the rules, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (uoou.sk).

Automated decision-making

We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling.
